In this 12 week Nutrition program we will be working on your fitness goals, whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, tone your overall physique, gain confidence or get motivated to live a healthy lifestyle. 

I will set up your macros based on your fitness goals. During your coaching period you will be tracking your own macros, as I believe that this is the most flexible approach to sustaining a diet. You will need to use a food scale and a tracking app/website (free of charge). You will also receive a customized cardio routine to hit on a weekly basis. 

We stay in touch throughout the week and will have Weekly Check-Ins to evaluate the process. Adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure progress.  

The Nutrition program contains a guide with useful information so you always have the basics of nutrition available to you. 

You can contact me 24/7 via my clients-only mail, I will give an answer to all your questions regarding nutrition and supplementation within 24 hours. You can ask as many questions as you please so do not hesitate to contact me! 

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a questionnaire within 48 hours. As soon as I receive the questionnaire back from you, I will start with designing your personal program. Once you have received your personalized program and all the additional information, your coaching period will start.
